Rudolf (Rudy) Waldner hails from NYC but has bounced all over the globe, visiting over fifty countries.

 

Rudy's first book, Marketing from the Trenches: Your Guide to retail Success has paved the way to sharing his proven business growth program. He has lectured and consulted on four continents for many different industries such as Call & Contact Centers, Tourism Boards, Dojos, Colleges, Trade Schools, Restaurants, Financial Centers, Book Stores, Realtor groups, Construction firms, and more.

 

In addition to lecturing and consulting, Rudy speaks regularly at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and the Culinary Trainer School in San Jose' Costa Rica. He also

holds the position of COO for a multinational contact center.

 

He's been active in the martial arts for twenty plus years, having earned his third degree Black Belt in Atlanta.

 

Rudy currently resides in the Kansas City area, with his wife Sandra.
