Manners Matter Etiquette Dinner and Workshop

This program is hosted out of The Venue in Leawood KS, partnering with Chef Julian Viso but can also be exported to a location of your choice.

 

I. The Classic, a powerful introductory program

Enjoy a meal to include a glass of wine, bread service, salad, main dish, iced tea, and dessert.  Before and during the meal Rudy will speak on business etiquette at the dinner table. 

     

Topics covered will include cutlery and glass use, manners at the table, toasting protocols, 1st Impressions, table setting, client interaction, and much more.  Includes a table setting exercise. 

 

II. The Classic, with a few more courses

Enjoy a meal to include a glass of red wine, a glass of white wine, bread service, shrimp cocktail, pasta appetizer, salad, main dish, iced tea, and dessert.  Before and during the meal Rudy will speak on business etiquette at the dinner table.

III. The Executive

Enjoy a meal to include a glass of red wine, a glass of white wine, bread service, raw oyster or clam, shrimp cocktail, pasta appetizer, soup, salad, expanded main dish options, iced tea, a cordial, and dessert.  Before and during the meal Rudy will speak on business etiquette at the dinner table, how to select a bottle of wine off of a menu, and speak on “the view from the other side of the table”.

IV. The Crème de la crème

Enjoy a meal to include a Champaign toast, an amuse-bouche, an aperitif, bottles of both red and white wine on the table, bread service, raw oyster or clam, escargot, shrimp cocktail, pasta appetizer, soup, salad, gourmet main dish options, iced tea, a cordial or port wine, and dessert.  Before and during the meal Rudy will speak on business etiquette at the dinner table, how to select a bottle of wine off of a menu, speak on “the view from the other side of the table”, and share some thoughts on an aperitif, a port, and a cordial.
